The best thing about our products is the fact that most of our recipes come from Ernest le Glacier, an award winning Ice cream parlor in La Rochelle, France.
Living in Florida, we focus on using as many local ingredients as possible. All of our fruit "tropsicles" are dairy-free and contain only your healthy fruit dosages.
We also dip our flavors in Belgium Dark Chocolate as well as an assortment of nuts; including Almonds, Macadamia, Pecans, and Walnuts. Sorbet is what we pride ourselves on however gelatos and creams will be part of our menus early this fall.

Tropiccool uses all natural, fresh fruit in all of our recipes. The recipes come from my godfather's award winning ice cream parlor in La Rochelle, France. After spending countless summers overseas, I was able to bring back part of the legacy. Thanks Freddy!
