Our Creations

The best thing about our products is the fact that most of our recipes come from Ernest le Glacier, an award winning Ice cream parlor in La Rochelle, France.

Living in Florida, we focus on using as many local ingredients as possible. All of our fruit "tropsicles" are dairy-free and contain only your healthy fruit dosages.

We also dip our flavors in Belgium Dark Chocolate as well as an assortment of nuts; including Almonds, Macadamia, Pecans, and Walnuts. Sorbet is what we pride ourselves on however gelatos and creams will be part of our menus early this fall.
